Another mouth question...

Post by LeeHasPencil »

Just curious how one would create a mouth, for example in the style of The Simpsons. Where, when the mouth is open, you can see behind the character. Like a profile view.

Does it involve masking or would I only create half the head in one vector and the whole bottom half (of the head) would be a mouth switch?

To be more clear, for example in this picture, his left cheek goes further in than his head.

Does this all make sense?

Cheers

Cheers dudes much appreciated!

Although GCharb sorry to say I get an error when trying to open your file in ASP. I have ASP. 5 and a demo of the latest version. It just says 'Error: Bad file Header'.

Thanks though :)

Just imagine that the Homer's head the yellow part is dented around the mouth part so that even if his mouth is open the yellow part detours to make sure you don't see it when his mouth is open.
