Hey I can't wrap my head around this problem. Plus I'm new and learning AS is already hurting my brain enough.
I decided to make this Vortex animation it's animated with 2 layers. The bottom layer the cyan coloured Radial Rays twirl right and then left and it's fine it was easy to figure out how to loop it.
The second top layer consists of 13 Coloured Rings that fly towards the screen. Anybody have any suggestions on a efficent and hopefully simple solution of repeating the rings constantly looping and coming forward?
Here's a link to the animation on YouTube.

Any suggests on Looping this

Some points:
1. Simply duplicate the ring layer after you animated it, then shift it in time with the sequencer. Repeat as often as you need. Maybe you need some blurry mask in the center to avoid the "new" rings popping up too suddenly.
2. Sometimes it helps to construct such a movement exactly. I do this on paper and use the scanned image as a guide. All you need is an exponential scale, starting in the center.
3. I'd do the whole thing just with scaling 1 ring layer (so the ring gets thicker over time), then apply all of the above, and change the ring 's colours in the end.
