switch layers again

Hi, I spent 2 days working on the switch layers of my character's facial expression. It's not working. Can you experts look at the file see what and why it's not working?

Would you be so kind and explain: “it’s not working”...? What have you done so far...?
Are your facial expressions not showing up...?
Or are you unable to keyframe your layers...?

Use one of the many free File-Sharing-Websites available...
e.g. like “MediaFire” etc. or else - there’re many more...
Then post the link here...
