Ever watch and suspect AS

I was looking around and found these kawaii Japan ads. Just by the way the animation looks you can suspect it was done with AS. But I'm not sure.

I don't think so. I can't find any of the special features of AS on this work. More, some body movements would be definitively better if any bone were involved.
Anyway, it's just my bet. This kind of animation can be made easily on AS, but as it's executed, I think it's just another software for vector animation (as Flash or similar)
