Tons of good ideas for a better ergonomic interface

I think it's a good idea to have many panel configurations (load with a combo box) where the title look's like "drawing" "rigging" "animating" (the main task in moho)...
for example:

I think this project of ergonomic interface (initially planned for lightwave(my biggest love in the world)) contain a lots of good idea for a better interface.
