AS6 Video won't import (Just got Windows 7)

Everything seemed fine when I switched from XP to 7. I have been working in AS Debut 6 for a few weeks since then, and I only just recently tried to import some video, but it just won't work.

I've tried converting them back and forth between .mov and .avi a thousand times. Then I got the idea to test whether the sample vids that came with Anime Studio would work; they didn't either. I get the broken image icon either way, no matter how many times I try to source them.

I already re-installed AS6 and still no luck. Could anyone help? This never happened when I had XP.

that happened to me so i got a program called an video converter and it worked when i converted it to Nintendo WII format. Dont know how but it worked

Maybe you need to download the latest AVI and MOV codecs? The Apple page says the latest quicktime (MOV) codec will work with Vista and Windows 7.

It's gotta be better than Nintendo WII format!

yeah i'll bet it is better than nintendo WII format but incase that diesnt work the WII format still converts it to the same quality as before
