well... it all started when momy and dady got together... hehe
well both were college projects. So, i got together with a group of students, and we developed some ideas, then pitched it to the teacher, gave us some advice and recomended one of them.
then we started with caracter design, we skiped the script part and went directly with a short storyboarding.
we should have spent more time in the planning process, it would have renderd in a better final product, but wat can i say... we were young and stupid...
everything was done in a very empirical way... i know better now...
well, then we made a list of stuff we would need, from clay, lights, woodpanels, everything. after that we knew the budget we would need, it all came up to about $150 or something for each project, we borrowed most of the stuff.
then we started with caracter modeling and development of armatures.
then, we started with scenery construction.
by the time we started production, we found out that we needed alot more than wat we had, so, alot of improvisation was necesary.
i keep saying "we" but I did most of the job, spetially in the animation part
sorry if you cant understand something, my native language isnt english

the planing prosess is what gets us all in the begining (i am marginaly better at it now).
but keep working at it...animation is a good racket
