Horse and rider run loop.

lo all
thought i would show ya what ive been workin on.
its a horse and rider run loop for a game im making.
its a DivX avi so you will have to loop playback to view it properly.

its for a horse racing flash game im making.
not the best topic for a game i must admit but hey it pays the bills

i will post an update in a mo sorted the textures a bit.
thing is its gonna be half the size of this and coloured by code ingame
so i didnt bother doing much detail on it.

anyway heres an update

Cool! Very smooth and realistic.

How did you shade the horse? It looks very "deep", not cartoony at all.

really an awesome animation.

But do horses bend their legs backwards like that? You can see it in the last frame of the animation, the left front leg is bent backwards at the knee.

i havent finished the shading on the horse yet so its still a bit rough.
i did all the animation as vectors and the used PNG masks for the
details.

yeah the leg is bent forward which i will prob fix but it doesnt notice
when looped so it depends on time.

still needs work. need to ad reigns and stuff. but almost there now
