1) You can do titles in Anime Studio if you want by clicking on the Text Tool (the 'T' on the left hand side of the screen) and typing in your title.
Alternatively create titles in your editing software. Which brings me on to your next question.
2) Any editing software is best. They all do much the same. All you need to be able to do is cut your shots together and add sound. All editing software does that and much more besides. Download some demo's and choose whichever one you like best

If you want to add sound such as dialogue, music and effects then you can add each on separate tracks of your editing software.
If you mean software to make music then there are lots available. I use Magix Music Maker for music and a lot of sound editing but there are many. Again, you are best typing 'Music making software' into Google and downloading demo's to see which you like best and is within your budget.
