render messed up between AS5 and AS6

I have used tilted view in a file using AS5.
It was rendered fine using AS5.

Now I open the same file in AS6.
The render came out with messed up layer appearance,
although these layers stayed in the same order.

I wonder anyone knows why?
AS5 render time is slower than AS6, so I would like to render
the file in AS6, but couldn't find the way to fix this.

will 6.2 fix the problem? i m happy so far with 6.0

6.2 is a major upgrade from 6.0 in my opinion, it fixes a lot of bugs and other things
