Iwaxana, thanks for the suggestions for the sad walk. I reworked the sad walk a few times this week and still wasn't completely satisfied with it. I have a good understanding about movement but definitely need to practice/learn to add weight. This may be why the run cycle seems to need a little work as well.
It is funny that you gave the link to Arrested Development. When I video tapped myself for reference I was thinking about those episodes with the sad Charlie Brown walk and the dog sitting on the red dog house in the back ground.
