Changing library path in ASP7 ?

Post by Tagirijus »

Hi there,

I now got Anime Studio 7 Pro. I'm stlil learning the new features, but first I wanted to set up my setup like in 6. Now I recognized that ASP7's library is on my system-partition on which I do not have that much space anymore. Is there any way to change the standard library path? Best would be the path in the ASP7 installation folder. :(

Thanks for help.

There is a "Use old library" under the preferences, might do it!

Thanks for the reply and the tipp. Actually I already tested this checkbox; it seems to be just for the appearance, not for the intern datas / paths. :(

Luckily I am not alone with this "problem" / "dislike". I think this problem won't be solvable by a member, or? It seems to be hard coded. :(

I don't know what os you run, I'm on mac and can change the paths by using "symbolic links" so I can place me library where ever I want and just make a link to the original place. I guess there is a similar way to handle it in windows or linux?

regards

I found this site about "junction link" as I understand it it's about linking a folder, maybe this is a solution for you, I don't know?
