I've downloaded FlashPlayer 10.1 and InternetExplorer 8, but it doesn't appear.

Try to modify the Library interface from the Edit --> Preference --> Use old library.
Maybe it can work.
In other way, you can reinstall Anime Studio.
The softwares you listed don't are related to the library visualization.

Yes, but in the old library, I need to open the folder to save my content in it.

I re-installed it, but the bug stills.

Uhm... I don't know if the service pack can solve the problem.
But try it.
If it don't work, you can use "old library" and save your project directly in library folder, as I made before with ASD 6.
I think the folder is on your document, under the name Smith Micro.

I have Winxp tablet pc service pack 3 and have no problem.
Now, are you sure that flash 10 is installed on Internet Explorer and not only on firefox, chrome, safari or another software?
I had some problems to install flash 10 on internet explorer, but finally make it work installing this one

So in ASPro 9 I'm getting an error, looks like a browser window that can't see the correct page, I can't get tothe library at all. This is with Win 7.
