Markers, bones and frames

Post by Squeakydave »

I've been doing some short films in AS for a client and the inability of locked bones to stay still is driving me mad. I end up having to key frame every single frame. So I would really like this feature to work in future versions.

Off the back of this when my timeline gets full of keyed frames it is impossible to tell where my actual keys are. It would be fantastic to have some sort of marker feature (with notes) so I could mark them in the time line. Editing software has this sort of thing and it is pretty useful.

Finaly. Frame divisions. (the little marks indicating the frames on the time line)
I only use frame 0 as a setup frame so it doesn't appear in the final animation. I would therefore prefer that the setup frame doesn't have a number and the first frame of the animation is 0.
Or.....The major frame markers are customisable - really handy when working with music. (A bit similar to the idea of markers that one)

Thanks for listening

I know this is a really old post but I'd like to second the request to make the frame markers and labels.

It could be added like Flash does in the time line.
Hi animation world.
