I have a key skeleton script made by Mkelley. I don't know if it's similar to what you are looking for. You add it to the tool palette as a button, then, each time you press it (Y shortcut, in my case), it will create scale, rotation and translation keyframes for all bones on the layer.
very useful.

.I think the script which I requested here is written for Moho.

I'm using an older version of AS(AS Pro v 5.0), so the script must be

compactible with AS 5.0! hmmm...if anybody have the script(Posted by

janimatic) plzzzzz share...

Ok, both of them are on the AS script Pack.
Just download it, uncompress it and on go to AS_Scripts_Categorized\JS folder.
