AS7, can't stop my animation from looping, no cycling

I created an animation, and when I preview or export it as Flash, it will always loop back and repeat the animation. There are no keyframes with cycling.

I just want the animation to run once then stop. Is there some setting or configuration that I'm just missing as a n00b? I run the rendered swf in adobe flash player, and it loops there the same as dragging the swf onto Firefox.

I do have other cycling questions around doing a cycle 3x then stopping, but I'll write that out later.

Note: I checked an earlier post viewtopic.php?t=480&highlight=stop+cycling, but it didn't help.

Swf will export always as loop. You will need Flash to change it.
