my project exports to AVI but crashes AS if porting to Flash

I am using AS7PRO on a Win 7 64-bit machine.

I have a project that ports to AVI just fine, but crashes when I try to make a Flash (SWF) version.

It crashes in exactly the same place in the SWF render every time I try to render it. It looks like the location I use my first Action, but this could be a coincidence.

I've tried different resolutions and still crashes (stops responding error). This suggests it is a problem with Flash parsing the AS info.

I'll find out if it is the Action in the timeline and update.

UPDATE: It seems to have nothing to do with what it is rendering. What is now seems to be is that it can't render more than about 690 frames. Then it crashes.
