Editing an Action, sometimes can't select a frame to edit

I have the odd occurrence that, quite often, I would be editing an Action and try to click on a frame to edit, but it wouldn't do it (or at least the cursor doesn't update). To select it I find a frame that can be selected, THEN I can select the frame that couldn't!

Also, I've seen a few cases where I select a frame, the number of the frame updates, but the red frame cursor stay put (doesn't indicate the actual frame selected).

AS7PRO is cool, but it needs some fixing!

FYI - Win 7 64-bit (which REALLY should be given special support attention, AS7PRO NEEDS 64-bit when it comes to rendering time, and should take advantage of 64-bit!!!).
