Sorry to start a new post on a current issue. This time I promise to give a $20 gift certificate to Amazon to anyone who can lead me in the right direction to solve this issue. I Promise...
Again, I cannot get ANY imported eyes to stay on the faces of ANY of my characters. I cannot get ANY imported eyes to stay on the faces of ANY imported character either. I even uninstalled Anime Studio and reinstalled it and the same problem still exists on Debut and Pro. Please watch these two videos, give me some advice, and you could get a $20 reward..... Im serious, I will go insane if I cannot figure this out!!!
Thanks in advance.... Good luck!!!
The eyes move a tiny bit the first time I move the bone, this might be a clue...

I looked at your video and re-created your problem. And the way that you are doing it does make the eyes not adhere to the figure. Try instead of using the layer translate tool to make the eyes smaller use the layer scale tool on the eyes to make them smaller. When I did this, the eyes stayed in place like they should. I think the problem is in the layer translate tool when you try to push it in the Z axis. See if this works for you.

The way you move the eyes on the z axis is the problem. If you orbit around the head you can see the eyes are way in back of the head. As suggested by jonbo, use the layer scale tool and just drag one corner of the eye in to scale it down and then use the translate layer tool to center it on the head.
I also noticed you create bones downward on the body. I think you would have better control over the rig if you make the bones starting from the belt line going up then down the arms and legs.

Also remember to scale the switch layer, not its children.
You only scaled (moved in Z, actually) the normal eyes layer. That means all the other eyes still being giant.
If you scale the switch layer, all its children will be affected with no need to scale them one by one.
