I normally export quicktime MOVs - mpeg4, or sorenson3 - or animation quality should all be good - just see what the file size is like... (MOV is way smaller than AVI anyway i think)

uncompressed AVI makes huge files, i tend to steer clear... but maybe you dont have the right codecs installed to play them - install xpcodecpack or vistacodecpack (google) and see if that helps...

Well its Strange When I run it through Virtual dub The video only has about 2000 out of 11000 frames and the Audio is Missing, Im sure I have the right Codecs Because when i first purchased Anime Studio i did a 4 minute animation the exact same way and it worked fine. Im starting to think there is a limit to the file size because if I Export 1000 frames its about 3 gb but 11000 frames is only 4 GB and Virtual dub seems to say theres only 2000 frames which is only about 1 minute and 40 seconds of video

I tried to export my video in sections say just export 2000 frames and the video played great, then I tried to Export from 2001-4000 frames and the videos come out missing the audio.

is your hard disk formatted as FAT32? that has a 4Gb file size limit...
Still, I just don't really see the point in exporting uncompressed AVI - you will always have to compress it into something else anyway so save a step and go straight to quicktime...?

hmmm, you may have to install quicktime if you dont already have it - also then go into quicktime and preferences and tick 'allow legacy encoding' (or something like that) which will allow you to export sorenson3 which I use (although you lose some brightness for some reason)

when you export a file on the screen with all the tick boxes at the top is a drop down - THAT is where you choose different formats, it sounds like you are going through that screen set on AVI and then all you have is AVI sub options as listed... try changing this dropdown.

When you click on export animation a pop up window will appear at the top you will see output format. If you have pro you should see Quick time movie as an option.

As for your AVI, check to see if you have Microsoft movie 1 codec, I use that and it seems to be OK quality.

I had exactly this problem one time but I managed to save the file by importing to virtual dub and saving as a new name (and yes it will stop playing at the bad spot) I guess I was lucky, when I imported the 'fixed file' into windows movie maker the entire file was there and I managed to edit the film there.
Sorry for bad animation
