offset bone tool

Ok I have a problem when I try to rig my character the image layers either distort when I move the bones or the bones move but the images stay in place and it's only some of them others seem to move just fine I tried changing the bone strength even deleting the bones layer and starting over to no avail please help.

First, in the Help | Help... section of the menu there are a number of tutorials. It's useful for newbies to go through these -- they are quite helpful. There are a number of tutorials on rigging characters with bones, including using the Offest tool.
