Rig like in the startup.anme file

Post by Lukas »

Hey everyone,

the rig in the startup.anme file that comes with Anime Studio Pro 7 has all the limbs seperated from the body on frame 0. On frame 1, the limbs are attached to the body. Yet there are no keyframes. Can anyone tell me how this works? I can't find any info on it.

I've rigged the same way in the past, but I always needed to translate the bones on frame 1. So when you clear the animation from the document, your rig is broken.

I'd like to try this new technique on some new rigs, so if anyone knows how this works, please let me know.

Thanks :)

This is "Offset Bone" in action, Tutorial 3.4.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
