pixilation with png transparency import?
Started importing PNG transparent original drawings from photoshop. The output is like the original photoshop drawing when i RENDER the image or EXPORT the final movie but during the animation process in ASP all the images have a substantial pixilated edge look. Any way to cure this problem. It's just a kind of annoying look when your making your animation. Would like to see it like the final product during construction of the animation. Is there another transparent format that might work? Thanks. Mike. p.s. bought ASP. love it!
You could turn on "Smooth Images" in the display quality.
You say that rendering images looks good but in the preview they are pixelated? If you enlarge an image layer or zoom in really close the image will always "pixelate". There is nothing you can do about that except to make the image much larger in Photoshop and scale it down in AS but then you are probably making the image larger than it needs to be.
In AS images are displayed in the PREVIEW at the resolution of the image. This means they will pixelate while working on the animation. Only when you render the image will AS calculate new pixels if the image is enlarged or the camera is zoomed.
