HELP PLEASE

Just bought Anime and my serial number has a lot of 0's- how do I know if they are the letter O or the number 0 when I enter it- can't get it right.

I don't know how has your SN been sent to you. If it is a string in a file then just copy and paste it. Don't forget the hyphens (-) and don't add an extra space at the end.
If it is a string in a piece of paper it should look all the same: or they are 0 (zero) or they are O "letter". If they are different it should look different. try all 0 first and all O after.

In my SN all the O are zeros.

In mine too. However, typos are made very easily. Type your SN into a text document, check, double-check, then copy and paste. If it works, save the text file in a secure (encrypted) location and back it up with the rest of your personal data.

I only know this... O,o after looking at the blasted string of numbers and on my third try getting it right... O,o

But, I can't splell my own nickname either... I am the Expert Noob. O,o
