TabletDraw by MooSoftware is a shareware paint program for Mac OS X (10.4 or higher), especially written to use with a pen tablet.
There aren't many options: draw solid, draw transparent (which is called ink), set pen size, zoom and erase. Of course, you can also pick colors, and use a tracing image (which MooSoftware calls a Guide).
It doesn't seem much at first glance, but, actually, for a quick sketch, it is all you really need. No fancy stuff like some other natural media programs, but just pen and ink. Here less is indeed more.
The shareware software ($35 USD) is fully functional, except for a nagging screen at program startup and a limit of 5 undos. If you register, you get rid of the screen nagging you to register and get unlimited undos.
I think that is a very good deal for shareware software. Often the save function is blocked, and/or you can't print, but none of that. You can just use the software as long as you want, fully functional, and when you decide it is useful, you buy a license to "unlock" the software.

This is why I love the Mac shareware developer community: they develop good software, and ask an honest price in return (less than half than what you would pay for comparable Windows shareware).
