Transformers Animated - Sari

Does it not look just like her (aside from the hair gleam and chest thingmajig)?!

Click on both links and the follow the download instructions. The .anme is rather incomplete, but that's why I'm uploading it; I need help from the forums!

Though fully rigged, her arms do not stay attatched, her neck comes off lol, and some other stuff you might see... Thanks for helping!

If you align the pivot point of the head bone to the tip of the neck bone it won't appear to disconnect as much. Also lengthening the hidden neck shape will keep its end from showing.

As for the arms, I assume you mean the shoulder rotating with the arm. You can point bind the top shoulder point to the same spine bone that the arms are parented to. You'll have to translate this point back into place on frame one, and then copy that keyframe to frame zero. Then delete that frame one keyframe. The arm will have limited rotation though.

I would create a rounded end shoulder and use hide edge or line width to make it look connected.
