You must have applied some kind of effect that doesn't show in the preview but shows when rendered.
Select the eyelids shapes and look at the style palette. Check to see what kind of effects are applied.
Another possibility is ink effects in the layer settings. Did you play around with any of those settings? They don't show in preview but show in the render.

If it looks one color in preview mode... and it changes color when rendered than there is some type of effect applied to the shape that only is visible when rendered.
What about transparency? Is the eyelid shape slightly transparent? If so and you have transparency turned off in the preview display settings than the pink would be transparent over some other color shape behind or below it.
There has to be something. The preview colors would not change when rendered unless there is something there that only shows up when rendered.
Possiblities are:
Shape effects: Shaded, soft edge, gradient, etc
Layer Blending mode: Multiply, Screen, overlay, etc
Layer Effects: Layer Shadow, Layer Shading
These won't display in preview, only when rendered. If the eyelid shape is pink in preview and then looks "dark" (be more specific!) then something that doesn't show in preview is going on somewhere.
