problème d'importation ?

Who can tell me qu' it being the best method to import a character drawn on paper without returned either with too many points? who poses problems of slowness after importation.

Scan it. Trace over it. Remember to separate arms, legs torso and head for animation purposes.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
