startup tutorial

hi i am new to anime studio. can any one pls explain about the "startupfile.anime" file step by step. pls also tell how the eyes are blinking.

All of what is done in that file will be explained in detail when you go through and do all the tutorials.

After you've done them feel free to come back here and ask any other questions you might have.
