Soundtrack import crashes

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I'm having trouble importing a soundtrack. The program just crashes.'
I own a Mac 10.4.11, I was told by tech support to reinstall the operation system, which I did.
Anime Pro worked just fine for a couple of days, I imported soundtrack and everything was ok until today. The thing still crashes after importing either wav or aiff files.
Tried the thing on another computer same problem.
Can you guys think of a way of solving this?
