Not to sound harsh but it's extremely unlikely anyone will reply to this.

Why do you need to work with someone else? I'm not saying this is a bad idea, but usually it's a paid gig (or perhaps someone who has strong skills in only one area) where collaboration is fruitful. AS is pretty unique in that it allows you to do it all yourself, and with not-for-oay projects that's a good thing. Too many cooks, don't you know?

If you are looking for help ask away here. If you're looking for collaboration something else you might consider is working remotely -- the internet brings us ALL together (hey, if you really need a face to face a webcam is definitely adequate). All in all, I don't see much need nowadays for this kind of request.

(Tampa's a nice town, though -- but I ain't making no 90 mile commute just to say hi :>)

To be honest I have never thought of working with people using a webcam thanks for the idea

I have tried to work with people on line from other parts of the country and it never works they seem to start of good the slowly ween away

and yes I can do it all alone but that's my point I don't want to do it alone
1 is a lonely number

and although I am a very good cook i am also a very good cooks helper
because after the cook is done, the helper gets to make a dish

and what do I have to lose by posting the add
maybe If i post it they will come

and I also would not drive 90 mile just to say hi
unless I can stay for the night and have a good meal a place to sleep and make some friends and some good old animation

and would you like to work with me using a web cam?

Collaboration is difficult in the absence of a paid gig -- people either need to be extremely passionate about what they are doing, or share a common vision (or both). Because an animated film is a large commitment perhaps you can interest one or two people online to make a much shorter project (one to three minutes) so that people can stay on topic and on track.

This isn't the kind of forum to gain such interest but there are many animation boards out there that seem to want folks, so I'd suggest you try those (people here are, by and large, either one man shops or just looking for technical help).

I wish I could help you, because I suspect you just lack some confidence in your skills and a finished project would go a long way towards erasing that, but I am heavily involved in my own project right now (a weekly TV series -- I've finished nearly six episodes now). Perhaps in a year or so I'll have reached the end of interest in it (it's pretty hot right now) but until that time my plate is full.

I,m very self confident and like I said I only want to find people in my area
to bad you the only 1 that is taking the time to comment then again I'm glad that you are
I hope our animation works out

but like I said I have nothing to lose by posting the add

Actual relay don't need any 1 its just the lack of an other live animator to have a get inspiration is want I really would like the most

here is a link of my work and in it you will see a 10 min animation that I was going to make into a 30 min animation but decided to go in a different direction

its called "Birdy the cockatieal"
