Bone won't connect to image...

One of my bones won't connect to the image it is supposes to. It just moves around on it's own. Why is this? All of the other bones are connected except this one...

Select the bone
Select the image layer
Select Bone>Flexibind layer

:wink:

Or layer bind it, depending on what you need.
