There are an free upgrade (Like 5.5 to 5.6) somewhere or I have to purchase a new license for ASP 6?

If you DID just buy it within a month a go then i think you can apply for a free update. I think Agent Smith will mention what the options once the products are released. Check the "announcements" thread!
