lua - change stereo colors?

Is there any way to change the stereo (anaglyph) colors with lua in AS 5.6? I'm guessing not but thought I would ask.

Don't think there's much scripting control over the actual rendering, at least not in earlier versions. It's probably a lot simpler to do it in post, converting cyan to blue/green, etc.

Also worth reviewing the plethora of anaglyph software on the web, some of which have a ton of conversion options. Colour changes seem like pretty obvious candidates for such.
