Binding points to a bone?

Hey
was wondering how do i bind points to a bone and which points should i bind to each bone? any help greatly appreciated

How: select the region binding tool. Select all points you want to bind to one bone, then select the bone, press "blank" to confirm.

Which: sorry, that's up to you. I can't read your mind and see the animation you're planning.
