Moho does have a system of "bone dynamics" - see Tutorial 3.3. This could be used for some hair and clothing effects, but possibly not as sophisticated as you might be hoping for.

Is there a way particles could help on this?
I'm sure it could help, I just haven´t tried anything with it.
Take for example the particle tutorial on the grass, I guess that could be used on the hair problem.
...and I guess someone with more experience on particles could do something about clothing.
But puting a blanket over a character most be done frame by frame, someone thinks diferently?

How about videotaping the scene and use that as a template for the animation. You still need to do it frame-by-frame, but it will be much easier than doing it without the video footage. I guess if you have done this often enough, you don't need the video footage anymore.
