Windows 7 (64-bit !?!) and no AS transparency

I don't have transparency anymore in Anime Studio 5.6 under Windows 7 (64-bit only !?!).
When I want to export a picture as .png file for example, even if I use the default (grey) color or black color in the background, I don't have any transparency !?! (It was OK under Windows XP !)

Could you help me please ???

AS 5.5 had a problem with transparency saving a rendered screen on png. It was a bug and wasn't fixed until version 5.6, if I remember well. Maybe that bug appear again on windows seven.

Fortunately, you can export a single frame as png and mantain the transparency (at least that worked on 5.5). I mean, you go to Export animation and select, for example, export from frame 13 to frame 13.

It was so hard not to be able anymore to use AS for my projects (with transparency !)
