I'm rotating a circular, vector spoke in a circle, over and over throughout the entire scene. What I've done is emulate the spokes on a cassette as seen here:
Each "spoke" is a vector layer, and I've been able to create segments of rotation by advancing forward some frames and setting the keyframe Z rotation to -90:
This works, but only for the amount of key frames I've moved forward. How do I repeat this cycle over and over without creating keyframes every 100 frames or so?
You can cycle the animation. Just right click on the last rotation keyframe, select cycle, then enter which frame you want to act as the beginning of the cycle.

Awesome. I couldn't figure out why it would slowly start and stop, but I took it off "smooth" and set it to linear, and now it's beautiful and consistent.
