Understanding export

Post by Uolter »

I usually export my projects in avi with microsoft video 1 codec compression 75, but I really don't know what's the difference with codecs or compression level. Also I can't understand how to set options in mov so i never used it.
Can someone please explain how to choose codecs and compression, and what's the difference with avi and mov? or give a link to a guide?

Thanks in advance

Try .PNG codec. The quality is good and the file sizes are smaller than .AVI. For what its worth I never use .AVI. File sizes are generally pretty beeeg.

Thanks mikdog! I tried mov. with png and is much more better than avi. There's an option "interlace"...what's this?
