Help! H264 MPEG4 video!

I'm trying to animate on top of a H264 MPEG4 video (the format my camera records) are there anyway to convert H264 MPEG4 to avi or mov? or at least place them on Anime Studio?

*or how to place a .mkv video on Anime Studio*

or are there any other way to convert it on the divx converter?

Try with super, is a free video conversion software which can transform anything into any other thing.
It's not very intuitive, but does a good job.
