Nice, nice. I am no professional, but maybe my feedback is still helpful: I would let the ball stay a bit smoother on the highest position. In this versino it looks a little bit to "abresive" (dont know a better word in english). :)

Granted you won't see the fun exageration of the stretch and pull but you will get a better idea of speed, hang time, action, re-action etc etc etc.

Yeah, and Brians books are some of the best on animation and related (inc perspective drawing for characters and backgrounds, character design and lip synch animation) you will find anywhere. Well worth the money.

Are you sure this is frame by frame?? it looks like interpolation for me.
