Project width

I need to make a project 1093 x 284. I set Project Settings to custom and those measurements but it keeps going back to 788 wide although I see in the software updates that it should go much larger. Any ideas?

It works for me on AS7.
I define 1093x284 and save it as default. Then, each new project has this size.
If you press Restore default, it will restore the default value you assigned to the original AS default (872x486 on AS 7).
I can't get your problem.

788 is as wide as you can get in debut, are you using pro or debut? For a long time I used 788x 443 to simulate wide screen before I bought AS7
