FOLDERS
I am new to animation overall.. I went through the tutorials and I am stuck on something that seems simple... In the "layer" tool box.. How do i create Folders?.. When I import characters I notice that there are folders labeled "Head" , "Face" ..etc.... I am trying to keep my own characters organized and I cant seem to make folders..????

I suppose you are on Debut. Folders are a Pro feature, so create bone layers instead folder layers, they are the same than folders (the only difference is you can add bones to it).

You are welcomeCowboyvick wrote:ahh!..thanks dude...i was pullin my hair trying to figure that out... So is PRO worth it?..or do u think Debut is ok?...like i said.. I am new at this.. but I do want to make intricate animations..
Well, personally, I couldn't live without Pro version, I love it and work and play with it everyday. But I'm relatively old here and started when the software was called Moho and there was no pro/debut distinction, so I never felt how is to learn using debut.
I have played with debut a couple times, but for me it feels very clumsy. I mean, once you have Pro, you can't go back.
My advice is you learn to use Debut and once you feel you need more, purchase Pro. If debut works ok for your pretensions, keep debut... but keep in mind you are loosing a lot
