How can I change shots smoothly without leaving AS? Maybe there are some transitions (effects) like in Pinnacle or Ulead, or Adobe Premiere? (I mean like tearing frame apart, or 1 starts to appear in another...).
TNX.
Change shots smoothly. Transitions?

Not really. I would stick to using some of the software you mentioned to do that.
Now I'm not saying It can't be done, I'm saying that the software you mentioned would be better.
You could always make use of a top layer at 100% opacity and switch the scene behind that then have that layer fade away by selection some where on the time line and setting opacity to 0. You could get a flip look by changing the scene when the project is showing the edge view.

I too recommend using some other application better suited for this, however there are ways to get what you achieve. I would strongly suggest you NOT try to export an entire production or animation of a moderate length from AS using these techniques. It will get hard to manage and possibly effect performance. If this is your only option then by all means give it a go.

Do you have Anime Studio Debut or Anime Studio Pro? These suggestions are probably only going to work with Pro.
Option 1:
If you are starting with individual AS files for each scene do the following;
Put all the layers of each "scene" or AS file in a group folder with an appropriate name for that group layer. Make sure at this point you have enough time on either end for cross fading or overlap of the scenes.
Import each file selecting that top group layer during import into a "master" AS file. Using the sequencer, offset the layers start frame to have each scene start and stop at the appropriate time.
Repeat for each scene or AS file.
Fade to black transition:
You could use a fade to black very easily by creating a vector layer with a filled black box shape. Position it to overlap all of the scene layers. Key frame the fade in and fad out of this layer once at the first scene, then just copy those key frames and paste them at each transition.
Cross Dissolve transition:
Even easier. Overlap each scene/group layer enough for your transition. The scene fading out is above the scene fading in. Key the opacity of each group layer. You will need a key for 100% opacity at the beginning or frame 1 of each group/scene layer and a 100% opacity key close to the end or at the point you want that scene to start to cross dissolve. At the last frame of the scene set a key for 0% opacity and also key the visibility to "off" at this point otherwise that "invisible" layer will continue to render. The next scene should be set to start at the second 100% opacity key of the layer above it. As that scene fades to 0 it reveals the layer below it. Repeat for each scene.
Option 2:
Export and import option:
Export each scene to an uncompressed video format. Import each rendered file into another AS file. Use the above techniques in the same way to transition each scene.
Hope this all makes sense.
