IK tool?

Is there a way to make a character's feet stick on the ground with IK in Anime Studio 7 or Pro? If not, then is this a feature that will be added in an upcoming version of the software?

Also, what are the steps in applying the "bone locking" technique that some people mentioned on the forum? Can it be applied in Anime Studio 7 or only in the Pro version?
