How to make a masking goup ref Drawing Tut 2.6_2.moho

I'm reading the above tutorial in the manual on layer masking. My question is How do I make a "Masking Group" Folder like in the layers section. Im working on a blinking eyeball just like in the tutorial. Can't find anything on that in the manual.

Im using 7 debut if that makes a difference.

Debut hasn't group layers. Create a bone layer instead. Bone and group layers are the same in many cases.
