Im thinking to buying anime studio debut 7, and plan to make a web cartoon with it. My question is, can anime studio debut 7 make animation of car races, explosions, fight scenes, exploding volcanoes, planes, guns and weapon animation( like make the bone character hold/use a sword, and shoot a gun.), and decapitation and blood splatter, closeups/zooms to the characters face, make the bone character have fire powers?
p.s. it will be a short.
Can anime studio debut do any of this?

If you can, you can make this even using MSpaint.
Now, would AS help you to make the work easier? My opinion is absolutely yes, but AS is a fantastic software only if you learn how to use it.
It hasn't any blood, gun, kick "specific tool", but you can make all that easily.

Seriously, what do you expect from a software? That it comes with neatly titled buttons "Blodd", "Explosion", "Fight"? This doesn't exist. You have to draw your blood by hand, your explosion, your fighter, your car. Then you can move it around - you need to tell the program what you want to move to where and when and how fast. That's animation.

It can do car races and explosions, not so sure about planes, guns and weapon animation, but it can do decapitation and blood splatters. Not sure about fire powers, but it can do karate powers and numchuck powers.
