Need help recovering a corrupted file

The file I had been fiddling around in for the last few months started giving me an error message every time I tried to open it. The error message says: Read error at line 236410. In code file ..\ ..\ ..\lib_moho\animstring.cpp, line 67.

I have used J-edit and Notepad++ to go into corrupted AnimeStudio save files to fix them before, but this time deleting the corrupted layer would delete almost all of my work. If anyone could tell me how I can recover my file I would greatly appreciate it.
