how do I distinguish channels on debut 7?

On the time line it appears that all channels are on the same line making it impossible to distinguish camera movements and layer changes from character animation.

How can I separate them out so I can manipulate them individually, I remember this being an option when I demo the pro version but it would be silly to just mash it all together on debut.

Go to preferences and uncheck "consolidate channels".
