ASPro 6 linux new Wacom issue (no left click)

I've just fresh installed Linux Mint 10 and my Wacom Intous 3 works better than ever before.
Except with Anime Studio Pro 6 which no longer detects left clicks. (I've tried older versions as 5.4 and those won't work either).
It won't detect left clicks made by ordinary mouse plugged in at same time as Wacom either.
When booting without Wacom, with mouse, ASPro works properly. But I can't work without tablet...

If I unplug my Wacom and replug it I got issues with that left button is always pressed. This is an old issue which is supposedly fixed in ubuntu 10.10 (and Mint 10). I guess this is the default state of my Wacom which is then fixed by the system at boot and that ASPro somehow don't recognise this fix.

How can I make ASPro work with more recent Debian systems?
